Thistle can now provide specially profiled versions of the trapezoidal 10mm pitch belts – the first of which is illustrated here. Materials of the composite constructions are a black, polychloroprene rubber matrix, glass fibre tension members and nylon wear resistant facings.
Design Guide
The construction has been chosen as far as possible to match existing pulley types, but they do vary, and we would advise thorough trial in specific applications before adoption. The sizes produced are always subject to addition and change – those currently available are shown in the table below.
